Great new hotel in typical Holiday Inn style. Comfortable room, beds, and amenities. Great breakfast and good bar service in the lobby. Easy access to U Bahn with two stops to Hamburg H. Bicycles available for hire. Beautiful 25-minute stroll to city center over the bridges.

Super friendly staff and always pasta available past 10 pm, a nice concept!. Great location in Speicherstadt, close to buses and the U4 train line. Convenient proximity to shopping areas and train station for easy accessibility.
No mini fridge in the standard room, disappointing compared to other hotels.

I recently stayed in this place and was thrilled with my experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the major attractions. The service room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry were all top-notch. Plus, the welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance were a nice added touch. The room itself was spacious and cozy, with all the amenities I needed like in-room computer, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen tv. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Highly recommend this venue for families.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was mostly polite. The hotel facilities were great, including the excellent breakfast and very good internet connection. The location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect, right by the metro station and close to the city center by foot.
Can't fault anything about it. Everything was fantastic!

We recently had a great time staying at a hotel in Hamburg. The location was perfect, with the city center just a 25-minute walk away over the beautiful bridges. We were also delighted to find out that the hotel is conveniently close to both the train station and a metro station. The room was comfortable and clean, with comfy beds and all the required facilities. The staff members, especially Jasmine and Eric, were very friendly and helpful. One highlight was the affordable price of €4.50 for a pint of decent beer at the hotel. We also appreciated the option to hire bikes or scooters. it was a pleasant stay.
We experienced an issue with the staff entering our room without knocking, which happened three times. This was quite inconvenient, especially when one of the incidents occurred while we were in the shower.

I had a very comfortable and spacious room at Holiday Inn - Hamburg - Hafencity. The bed was cozy and the room was clean. The hotel's location near the metro station made it very convenient to explore the city. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of options for vegetarians like myself. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay in Hamburg.
